We understand that getting the perfect ring size or finding the ideal choker design is essential for your special occasion. If your jewellery piece requires a size or design swap, ZewarBazaar offers a seamless 14-day exchange service.

Free Ring & Bangle Size Exchange

If your finger ring or 22K gold plated bangle size does not fit comfortably:

• Zero Exchange Fee: Size replacements incur zero exchange fees.
• Free Shipping on Swaps: ZewarBazaar covers the courier dispatch charge for the replacement size.

Design & Color Swaps

You may exchange any item for a different design or colorway of equal or higher value. If exchanging for a higher-priced set, the remaining balance can be settled via Cash on Delivery (COD) or online transfer.

Doorstep Exchange Instructions

1. Contact Concierge: Message our WhatsApp line at +92 311 5904288 with your Order ID and desired replacement size.
2. Doorstep Swap Service: In major cities, our courier rider delivers your replacement parcel and collects the previous item simultaneously.
3. Verification: Exchanged items must be unworn and in original velvet box packaging.
