• Unworn Condition: The jewellery piece must be unworn, undamaged, and free from perfume or chemical exposure.
• Original Packaging: Returned in the original ZewarBazaar maroon velvet box with hallmark tags intact.
• Defective or Wrong Item: Received damaged during courier shipping or incorrect item/size dispatched.
• Return Window: Initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items Excluded from Returns

• Customized bridal sets made to personal order specifications.
• Items showing visible signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery.
• Products missing original packaging boxes or tags.

Step-by-Step Return Process

2. Courier Collection: Our reverse courier service collects the parcel directly from your doorstep.
3. Quality Check: Our workshop inspects the returned item within 24 hours of arrival.
4. Refund Issued: Your refund is credited via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Store Voucher.
