1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ZewarBazaar (zewarbazaar.com). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to ZewarBazaar. By accessing or purchasing from our online store, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Product Specifications & Plating Standards

We make every effort to display the colors, metal alloys, and stone brilliance of our fashion jewellery with absolute accuracy. All product descriptions, 22-karat micro-plating specifications, and cubic zirconia stone details are true to the handcrafted work of our karigars.

3. Pricing & Order Confirmations

Prices for our jewellery are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require phone or WhatsApp verification prior to dispatch. If an order cannot be confirmed within 48 hours, ZewarBazaar reserves the right to cancel the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours from our fulfillment hubs. Standard courier delivery takes 2-4 business days. Selected courier partners allow open-parcel verification upon delivery for complete customer peace of mind.

5. Intellectual Property

All site designs, Arabic calligraphy (زیور بازار), "Crown of the Stone" logo marks, product photography, and text content are the exclusive intellectual property of ZewarBazaar. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial misuse is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
